New FamilySearch Update on Temples Going Live

There were no temple districts going live with new FamilySearch this week, due to the Pioneer Day Celebration on the 24th.

I received the following email from my source at FamilySearch.
Sister Zamora,

Here’s an update for you. The following districts have official “go live” dates:

July 29

Apia Samoa

Copenhagen Denmark

Helsinki Finland

Recife Brazil

August 5

Nauvoo IL

Stockholm Sweden

The Hague Netherlands

Tuxtla Mexico

Thanks,

I have updated my New FamilySearch Roll-out spreadsheet with this information.

See ya tomorrow, for tomorrow is always another genealogy day!

I see from your list that all United States Temples are now either Announced or Live except for Utah and Idaho Temples.

I saw a quote from Gordon Clark at FamilySearch that said nFS would be intigrated into the FamilySearch Web site by years end.

Don't know if that means we may be seeing some Utah and Idaho Temples announced or if it will be intigrated before the rollout is complete. I guess they could intigrate it and still have it restricted to those with accounts.

As of yesterday, Family Tree at FamilySearch Labs is now only available to registered users of nFS and changes made in Family Tree are now made to nFS. The demo account has been taken down.
